Classified Data Hosting
IL6-Certified Infrastructure for Top Secret/SCI Workloads
Host classified military data with confidence using IL6-certified cloud infrastructure. Our Multi-Level Security architecture supports simultaneous processing of data from Unclassified through Top Secret/SCI with cryptographic isolation preventing cross-domain contamination.
Understanding Information Levels
The U.S. Department of Defense defines six Impact Levels (IL) for cloud computing, from IL2 (unclassified public information) through IL6 (classified Top Secret). Each level requires progressively stringent security controls. IL4 supports Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), IL5 handles Secret-level data, and IL6 processes Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Our classified data hosting platform holds IL6 certification, the highest level available, enabling processing of the most sensitive defense information in cloud environments.
Multi-Level Security Architecture
Defense organizations process data at multiple classification levels simultaneously. Traditional approaches require physically separate infrastructure for each level—extraordinarily expensive and operationally inefficient. Our Multi-Level Security (MLS) architecture provides cryptographic separation between classification levels on shared infrastructure. Hardware security modules enforce access controls at the silicon level, preventing data leakage even from malicious privileged users. This architecture dramatically reduces costs while maintaining security—a single cloud platform supports workloads from Unclassified through Top Secret/SCI.
Physical Security & Access Controls
Cloud security begins with physical security. Our IL6 data centers implement Defense-in-Depth protections: perimeter security with vehicle barriers and armed guards, multi-factor authentication for facility access, mantrap entries preventing tailgating, and 24/7 video surveillance with 90-day retention. All personnel undergo enhanced background investigations with Yankee White clearances required for Top Secret areas. The facilities include SCIFs (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) for the most sensitive workloads, meeting ICD/ICS 705 technical specifications.
Continuous Security Monitoring
Classified environments require continuous monitoring for security events. Our Security Operations Center (SOC) provides 24/7/365 monitoring by cleared analysts. Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems correlate logs across all infrastructure, detecting anomalous activity indicating potential compromises. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) analyze network traffic for attack signatures. All security events are logged to tamper-proof write-once storage, supporting forensic investigations and compliance audits. Incident response teams can contain and remediate security incidents within minutes of detection.
